A Visit with a Bear

I had a visit with a Bear and his lovely lady yesterday. I love my hat! C gave it to me as a special present when she knew me for one month. She's real nice.

The Bear showed me a sort of scary face.

All I wanted to do was eat it. Yum.

After my visit, my grandma took me and Mama and A out to dinner. We had fun and I partied late. On my way home I fell asleep in my cozy stroller.

I'll keep you posted, so keep checking in.

Sunday in Brooklyn

Before my parents took my to Brooklyn on Sunday, I crawled (backward) for the first time. This is a picture just after it happened. I wasn't exactly happy because I bumped into that green pillow. I just wanted Mama to pick me up.

Mama and Dada took me to Brooklyn yesterday. We ate at this really cool place called Vinegar Hill House. We ate with Dada's old friends and their cool kids L & S. They all loved it.

Hmmm...L's headband looks like it will be tasty and feel good on my new little teeth.

SCORE.

We were sitting downstairs near the fireplace and I got fussy so Mama took me for a walk around the neighborhood. It was cold so she wrapped me in her special blanket and took me to see a special place. There is a house on a street named Little that is a mystery. Can anyone solve it?

I'll keep you posted, so keep checking in.

Yesterday Was a Bad Hair Day

No photos please. When it rains it is no fun. Everything gets wet and my hair gets crazy. A girl can not let herself be photographed looking wild.

Today is a new day. Dry and with a list of fun activities.

I'll keep you posted, so keep checking in.

Out in the Big City

Today was cold, but Mama has this great blanket that she wraps around me when we go outside. She told me that when she was my size her mama used to put in over her carriage.

We did a lot of fun outside stuff today. First we went to the eye doctor.

Now Mama can see better. That's probably good because she drives me around a lot.

Then we took a long walk to my music class. Here's what I saw along the way.

Those look like dogs, like Bear & Beulah, but I wonder why they are in a this lady's purse instead of an leashes. They were little and cute just like me.

Cool hats. I want one.

Hey, that's a BIG pumpkin.

These men were cooking a giant pig in the middle of the street.

This is where I take music class. It is really fun. I especially like playing the drums. There is a cutie that I have my eye on named S.

Then we left and we rushed through Madison Square Park because Mama had to go to work. Rushing was fun because I bounced around a lot and the bumps, the bumps, the bumps, the bumps are really fun! We passed Shake Shack and Mama said now she knows when to come and avoid the line. It usually looks like a ssssnake.

I really like taking the train because I get to see lots of different things and people.

I got a little cranky on the train so Mama gave me some delicious dried mangos to suck on until we got home.

I'll keep you posted, so keep checking in.

Up After Bedtime

When Mama got home from work tonight she took me on a special adventure. We walked to TriBeCa and went food shopping. She bought me squash, beets and pears to make me yummy food. So far, I've only tasted pears. I don't know what a squash or a beet is, but they both look interesting. Since it was so late, I slept a lot on the walk. When I woke up I saw a lot of cool things.

This is one of Mama's favorite places in New York City. We come here all the time.

These people were nice and kind. They were almost as tiny as me. They were holding hands as they walked.

The cars go by really fast. They remind me of Dada's story about Bananas.

I like this light.

Isn't this scary? Mama kept me safe.

Finally home.

I'll keep you posted, so keep checking in.

Mama!

My mom distracted me when she was saying goodbye to me on her way to
work. I don't mind it when my milky drips down my chin. Mama and C
said it looked cute. What do you think?

i'll keep you posted, so keep checking in.

Hanging Out

C taught me how to drink from my bottle with no hands.

Big News

Today my mommy goes to work and C takes me to my gym class. I get to hang out with all my Brooklyn Friends. That's not the BIG NEWS though...The news is that I have a tooth. It is coming up from my bottom gum and today my mommy put her finger in my mouth to feel it and I BIT HER and it hurt. She laughed, so I don't think it hurt her too much.

I'll keep you posted, so keep checking in.

My First Post

HI. This is my blog. I am Frankie and I am 7 months old today. This weekend I visited my grandparents in Florida and took a plane for the first time. I also grew my first tooth. It was fun, but I cried more than usual. I will keep you all updated with tales of my adventures and pictures from my life. I will also let you know about all the other blogs i like, the sites I visit, books i read, places I go, things I eat, friends I play with and new ones I meet. That's especially important tonight because my new friend Lulu Jane was born. Isn't that a cool name?

I'll keep you posted, so keep checking back.
