Fridays Are Fun
Today I turn 8 months old! Mama took me to music class where I got to play the drums and had so much fun.
On the way there we saw these men working in Madison Square Park.
They were putting these amazing creatures into the ground.
There were some creatures that were living in the dirt in big cement pots.
Mama said they were called plants and there are lots of them and they come in all different shapes and sizes just like people. Then she took a picture of this fountain, because she loves fountains.
Then, we took the W train.
We met Dada at our friend, Josh's, restaurant, Lure Fishbar. Mama and Dada say it is so yummy there but I can't eat any of the yummy yet.
We all walked home together after lunch. As a special treat, Dada held me in his arms for part of the way.
It really was a special day.
I'll keep posting, so keep checking back.
Regards,
Frankie G

Kenzie Poo: Kenzie's Nursery
Kenzie Poo: Kenzie's Nursery
This little girl's room gives me nursery envy. Tell Mama to step up her decorating game. I want that rocking chair.

Going to Preschool!!!
I had my first day at preschool on Monday. It was also my Grandma's birthday, so it was pretty special all around.
This is a picture of me on the 6 train.
We got off on 59th Street - the Bloomingdales stop. My grandma LOVES their frozen yogurt. I can't wait until she takes me there on yogurt dates.
When we got off we had to use this really lonnnggg moving staircase to get out.
Then we saw this guy.
YOU'RE FIRED!
We went to visit Mama's good friend, V, in her classroom.

I think she'll be my friend too. She was so nice to me and gave me two cool books.
One had an Elmo puppet inside the book. He can clap and sing and gives me kisses, but only when Mama reads it to me.
This one actually sings songs to me. I don't need any help from my adults to do it.

My Date With The Yankees
I'm sorry to my readers if you feel sad that I haven't written. I had a busy week. Here is my adventure from last Friday.
These are some of the people who were in the crowd.
It looked like a sea of blue and white.
Mama needed help to get through the barricades like this one. These people were very nice to me and Mama, but they couldn't let us through because they were just doing their job.
Mama had to ask this policeman for help.
We took this picture after he carried my stroller over all the people waiting to see the NY Yankees. Somehow he had my rattle in his pocket. Some people said mean things, but Mama just held me close and defending the nice policeman. Mama kept saying everything was okay, even though there were a lot of people around me. I knew I was safe. Then we said goodbye to the nice policeman and he gave me back my rattle.
I felt like a pretty big girl after my big adventure through the blue and white sea; I drank from my bottle all by myself.
Then Grandma met us and gave me the rest of my bottle (it's better when she gives it to me).
I'll keep posting, so keeping checking in.

Frankie G

Butternut Squash Puree
Check out my friend, Catherine, making butternut squash puree and my friend, Chloe, eating it. My mama made me some this week, too. It is delicious. Have your mom add some spices, like cinnamon to it. It makes even yummier.
