A Visit With My Great Grandparents!!

Yesterday Mama took me to see GG and TT and GreatGramps. It was really fun.

TT and GG sang songs to me and we all clapped together.

GreatGramps held my hand.

The pictures are not so great because the lamp was on in the background, but Mama says they are really special so we're posting them anyway.

I'll keep posting, so keep checking in.

Frankie G

Please Help The People in Haiti

This is Frankie's Mama. I am saddened and horrified by the devastation that has occurred in Haiti as a result of Tuesday's earthquake. It gives me pause and makes me feel so blessed for the abundance in my life: my gorgeous baby girl, asleep in her crib, her Dada, the rest of my family and friends who I know are safe and sound, my home, the trees outside my window..... I hope that this event has made you want to take action for the people in Haiti. If you have family or friends in Haiti I pray that you've made contact with them and they are well. My deepest condolences to those who are not.

Our family is donating funds and I hope yours will, too. Give what you can. Remember that everything counts; dollars plus dollars add up to more dollars no matter what the increment.
Below are links to some safe and reliable sources.

As Frankie would say,

Don't forget to donate!

THEN IT WAS CHRISTMAS

This is Christmas Eve at my Great Grandparent's house.

I'm wearing a special red velvet dress. My friend, Alabama, wore the same thing! She lives in Los Angeles so there wasn't a "Who Wore It Best" moment.

This is Christmas morning at Grandma and Pop Pop's.

Uncle Dan and Aunt Kelly and Mama and Dada were all there, too. I had a lot of fun ripping paper and opening boxes! Dada said I look like a rock star here because my fist is in the air and there is paper everywhere. So fun!

Here I am in on my way to Aunt Mary and Uncle Ed's house. I'm wearing the hat that Uncle Dan and Aunt Kelly got me in Argentina before I was even born!

This is me with my cousins, Laura and Jessica. It is the first time that I ever clapped! I really like to clap now. Clapping, clapping....

I'll keep posting, so keep checking in.

Regards,

Frankie

Finally!!!!

Hi Everyone!!! I know it's been a while since I've posted but it's been really busy around here and who has the time to write? I know I don't.

So many things have happened since I last checked in with you. I posted some pictures to keep you in the loop, but let me give you some details.

First, on December 20th, two special things happened:

I turned NINE MONTHS OLD and

Mama took me to a special dinner celebrating the life of her friend, KG. Mama says he was really nice and really special and that he still helps her get good parking spaces.

We took the bus to get to the dinner.

When we were on the bus this funny looking old man was really nice to me. He played with me and helped me with my hat.

Then, on the 21st of December, I went for my 9 month check up. I weighed 17 pounds and was 27 inches long. Mama said I'm a Little Bean.

I'll keep posting, so keep checking in.
Regards,
Frankie G
